Children will embark on an exciting adventure through famous amusement parks and ecoparks around the world as they dive into the science behind thrilling rides, fun games, and food chemistry with a dash of entrepreneurship! They will explore the magic of funhouse mirrors, create ooey-gooey cotton candy slime, invent their own carnival games, and even stuff their own exotic ecopark animal to take home! They will also design and build glowing bumper car tracks, heart-pounding roller coasters, awesome ferris wheels, and other imaginative rides as they bring their dream amusement park to life. In week one, your child will let their imagination run wild with tens of thousands of LEGO® parts! They will discover the world around them through an inquiry-based learning model and engineer-designed projects. In week two, they will build and design an array of exciting machines, traversing land, sea, and air, with the assistance of an experienced Play-Well TEKnologies instructors. Beginners and intermediate players are welcome. Our experienced and positive coaches will instruct children on skills each day as they play flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, field hockey, kickball and more.
