Cooks & Books / Farm to Table (Grades 1-3)
In a summer camp far, far away, young chefs step into beloved children’s books and bring stories to life through cooking, blending literacy, imagination, and hands-on kitchen fun. The following week, campers dig into where food begins and how it reaches our plates, exploring the journey from seed to harvest to table. Along the way, they discover seasonal eating, fresh flavors, and practical kitchen skills they can use for years to come.
Global Tastebuds / Kids Cooking Showdown (Grades 4-6)
Pack your aprons—the first week is a culinary journey around the world as young chefs travel from continent to continent through cooking inspired by global cultures. In week two, the excitement turns competitive as chefs take center stage in a fast-paced cooking showdown. Daily challenges inspired by popular cooking competitions encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen.
Kids Cooking Showdown / STEAM Cooking (Grades 7-8)
Young chefs kick off the session by tackling exciting, competition-style cooking challenges that test creativity, skill, and collaboration. The following week transforms the kitchen into a S.T.E.A.M. playground where food meets Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. From edible engineering to baking reactions, every recipe becomes a hands-on experiment.
