L.I.F.E. Concepts - Women

This course will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to continue and maintain good health. An emphasis will be placed on developing student’s appreciation of an optimum level of physical fitness, through participation in lifetime leisure sports and activities, and health and fitness-related exercise programs. L.I.F.E Concepts and a PE Choice course are required for graduation. L.I.F.E Concepts is the recommended course for freshman year.
